Groups in 2000.

Hi, I have spent many years in editing progs and combis on my 01/W. I would like to know if there is a way to export them
on a 03R/W or a 05R/W.
Thanks for your help

By Some Small Chance Are is There Any Info On HOW To Load The Patches You’ve So Diligently posted Into said Syth.?

KEYS9992967: There are several different types of patch files and each type require a different method to transfer to the synths. Sorry I do not have instructions on this web site. Please post your question to the list (http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/korg01w-list/) and hopefully someone there will be able to help. This web site is generally for administrative questions or problems with downloading files only. Thanks. Chinh

keys8882967: Keys, Sorry I didn’t exceed your expectation :-). You may be able to find what you are looking for by reading/searching the group archives at http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/korg01w-list/messages. I have not used synths for a while myself so I am rusted on these things… however, most of the user-contributed patches are probably in SYSEX format. Just do a search on google for SYSEX… there should be many free programs capable of sending SYSEX to your synth.

Chinhdo,

Hi. Long time no see. I recently re-kindled interest in my 01/W Pro and bought an 01R/W as a safety net in case the keyboard blows up.

My ROM versions are not the final version, #62. I looked around on the downloads section and couldn’t find a binary dump of the ROMs. If I remember right, a long time ago someone actually posted them to the group. Do you recall any of this?

Further, Ken Westover’s page says that he thinks that your site here might have the dumps:
Where to get EPROM Data
EPROM data may be available at http://www.vienxu.com/korg0 . File names for ROM #62 are reported to be 912162 and 912262, each 754,701 bytes big.

Maybe they had to be taken off of public display for some reason. If you’ve got a copy, could you kindly send it along? I would surely appreciate it.

Thanks,
Ed²
